I personally don't think so.. Good and Bad days come in life. So we cant say karma play a role in our life.

I guess you could say that we are often attracted to those similar to us. And if we cheat or flaked or ghosted people in the past, and perhaps have a type of personality that may go along with those actions, you could potentially be attracted to someone like you hence more likely to do those things? Does that make sense? far fetched? ultimately... maybe?

I don't know but if someone ghosts on me or treats me poorly it makes me think it's okay to do that to other people. So if other people think the same way and actually do it then maybe it goes back to the person who did it to me.
