I pay for internet, but I have Comcast so it's a crapshoot as to whether or not I actually HAVE internet. My mom didn't have internet until just recently. However, she had a stroke in her 20's and the part of her brain it affected makes it so technology scares her. She has had cable forever though.
I don't have cable anymore - haven't for about 3 years now. I just stream what I want to watch.
Didn't strike me as weird. He said he use to have a smart phone, but it was like a giant distraction and his life is way better without it.
That I can understand. There are times when I think about going back to a basic cell phone. There are also times I think about just getting rid of it and not having a phone period. My brother has a basic flip phone. He's bound and determine to make that thing last for ever.
So he doesn't have his own phone. I'd be careful what you are texting him on company property!
