Its been going on for almost three weeks or a month but she doesn't says persons name or show any pictures and such

Generally I would say yes. Being curious enough about the personal life of another couple so much so that one would post seeking validation for it on an anonymous message board is problematic, IMO. It's not anyone's business why they post the way they do.
If you're not one of the two people in this couple it doesn't matter. Lots of people don't name the people they are dating on FB, or post pics of them together, and many people aren't on FB so they aren't tag-able. Non issue.
Personally, I don't think I would even take note of this if I knew it wasn't intended for me.
I would just view it as someone looking for general attention by putting their behaviors public
