That's the OLDEST trick in the book Zen, walk up and talk to your trainer whilst he/she is with you, so they catch your gaze and hopefully make chit chat with you........

I'm at a disadvantage - it's laundry time so I'm stuck with frumpy gym clothes today. Oh look, it's only Day 1 and I'm already making excuses.
BFF went to the gym before work today and provided recon that it's pretty empty at that time. Good to know I won't have to start getting up at o'dark hundred for this! He's not in on the challenge - it was hard enough explaining why I was asking if he could tell me off the top of his head what color my sheets are!
