Then he has done nothing illegal. Unless you have your privacy settings properly set-up the world can see everything you post. My guess is 50% of the people with Facebook would be in jail if Facebook stalking was illegal.

I've had a Facebook stalker--fake name, kept popping up in my people you may know list, etc. I casually complained about it to someone that knew the person and the fake account disappeared.
