You'll go to a house party or college party and meet someone else and forget about her.
At your age it's pointless to fantasise about someone else so far away I thought you were able to go abroad and be with her but you have at least 5 years to realistically wait

Maybe, but my fear is that she will put me off other people and that I might not be able to move forward if you see what I mean.
But...you barely know her? How would you know how she ordinarily says goodbye to people she will likely never see again?
I knew her for about 3 weeks in total and I think in that time you can get a reasonably good idea of what she is like. She didn't really strike me as someone who would say goodbye like that but I can only assume and maybe you are right, who knows?

However I PROMISE as soon as you mingle with more and more girls even in a platonic sense and they like you back you will pass this stage which at your age as you are getting older you will meet lots , it's called puppy love what you are going through and LOL it's awful having such a deep crush at that age i know but we ALL did at your age so please please please trust me when I say it WILL pass
