Here are a couple I've heard in real life that caused me to drop the fellow faster than a hot potato:
"I need to bring this to Jesus in prayer before we take this any further." (I am an atheist.)
"You really like {insert my current hobby/interest here}?! That sounds boring to me." (Classic rock and old black-and-white movies are not boring to me. That's part of my personality.)
"You are one of those bus people?" (I take public transport by choice.)

Anything that indicates that they can't handle their finances or that they are mentally ill. Or don't like animals.
