Exactly! If we were nude and having sex it would be different, but all we were doing was rubbing each other while lying down, and only on the stomachs and not on her breasts or private areas. And we were in a very unpopulated area of the woods where it was very unlikely to come across small children. So far it hasn't come back to me, so all I can say is that this is pretty much resolved.
Ok so if you weren't naked or doing anything illegal... Why a half page thread on a public forum? Why are you worried about something you feel yourself not to be a big deal? What do you think the repercussions would be had he blabbed it all over town?

Yep. He will tell everyone. It's risky to get freaky in public and a crime in some places. So other than kissing you might want to find a private place.

How "private" can your business be if you're conducting it in a "public" setting? Apparently you weren't too worried about " privacy" while your hormones got the best of you.
It may not have been " illegal" , but rather an inappropriate place to be groping each other? ( children hang out in parks).
And apparently not too private to air your business on a public forum. Let me ask you a question... Do you think that your behavior was appropriate for adults in a public park?
You're not sounding like your mom, you're using common sense and basic manners. We live in a really busy street, lots of duplexes and a big condo complex one side of the street. Right across the street we have some people that screw all day, which is cool, I'm not against that, but this little twit of a girl screams and carries on way way way too loudly, it will be 1 or 2 in the afternoon and you have people coming and going all day walking dogs, families coming and going with kids in tow.
It's just silly, I wish I could explain to you how loudly she screams when having sex, they are about 100 feet away from us and with our sliding door open we couldn't hear the TV.
I mean come on?? People have been having sex on the down low and quietly for a thousand years, parents manage to do this all the time, right???
It's rude, silly and frankly obnoxious as hell. Not to mention she sounds about as phony as they get. I think this silly girl has watched too many porno's and thinks that's how she's supposed to act.

I have been seriously dating this girl since last week. We were good friends before we started dating, and we are doing great and almost official. Today, we went to a local park for a hike and took a break at a very nice overlook. We laid down in each other's arms and eventually started putting our hands up each other's shirts. I was not touching her breasts at all, but I had my hand almost at her bra, and she was massaging my upper stomach. When we were still feeling each other up (our shirts were halfway off at this point) I heard a guy's voice shouting "Oh my God!" I quickly scrambled to get up, and to my horror it was somebody that I used to work with at my job and his friend, who I also used to work with. He also had a girl with him. Our initial interaction consisted of mostly stammering and nervous laughing, and the girl he was with could not have looked more uncomfortable. We started chatting awkwardly about his new job and stuff and I just asked how his summer was going, but the 3 of them seemed so freaked out that they "had to go." This guy and I aren't friends, but we have a ton of mutual friends, and our moms talk to each other quite a bit. I am thinking now that this guy will tell all of our mutual friends and his mother what my girlfriend and I were doing, and his friends will all be laughing and ripping me apart, and my mother will be confronting me and questioning me. Do you think that I have a rational concern here, or do you not think that this guy will start telling everybody what he caught us doing? When we worked together, I was single the whole time and he never saw me talk to a girl, so I feel like it's so unusual for him that he will have to preach it to everyone. Additionally, if you were the guy that caught us, what would you think and what would you do?

This is so silly - you sound like high schoolers. First off, you were not really doing much...but it was kinda stupid. Also, the "friends" who came up on you were just as childish "OMG!". Big deal - you weren't having sex! And to worry about your parents? Just tell them they were totally exaggerating - you were "just kissing". Why would they believe THEM over YOU? Don't sweat it...and next time be more careful.

I think the MIss Manners approach in this situation is if you ever run into her, say something like, "oh we're having a party on Saturday and I wanted to give you warning that it might get loud. You know how thin the walls are here." Then you hope she reads between the lines.
