Here we mostly call them grouse, some old timers still use partridge,

That's what I thought, its a generational, demographic type of thing. I've given up 'sophistication' and modern times for the chance to be back in the middle of nature. So far it's worth it, I lost my painter's block, and enjoy the low cost of living.
I got up this morning so I could take my car to get checked out. My "check engine" light decided to pop on, RIGHT AFTER I got an oil change the previous day (typical. ) I got in my car, tried to start it, and realized I didn't have my key (It's push button start.) I thought it was no big deal and figured I left it somewhere in the house. Long story short, my mother and I ended up turning the house upside down searching for it, calling my friend asking her if I left it in her car Saturday night, calling my grandmother to see if she had seen it, and finding out I have to pay close to $300 for a replacement.
I am officially pissed. More so because it's my own fault. My mom told me to attach the key to the key ring, when I tried I ended up with a broken bleeding nail. So...my spring break is off to a GREAT start!

"I'm thinking this isn't working for me. Which is a real shame. Because you're beautiful and I've really enjoyed having sex with you. And I like your presence. But, ultimately, I don't feel the way I want to feel when I'm with you. And that is more important to me. But it makes me sad."
A lovely snowy morning text to wake up to.
And that's it. Next. The ups and downs of dating. Ugh. Haha.

Aw. Sorry. Sometimes I don't feel the way I want to feel either. I've had to do a lot of analyzing lately. Some people just walk away easier I guess.

It happens. No biggie. I kind of felt the same way but was willing to give it more time because she was cute, very smart and educated, and fun to talk to, but that's cool.
