There really are some serisously broken, damaged and dysfuntional as hell people that come through theses forums.
How many times, I mean literally, how many times do people have to hear the same thing before it sinks in. I've got my issues like everyone does but damn, I feel like a half way normal functioning adult reading this crap here.
It's always a little funny when those of us who are old-timers see one of the repeat offenders come back and newbies are all, "why are you so meeaaannn? He's just asking a question." And you have to explain that it's the same question that he's been asking 5-6 times a year for the past 5 years, and if he were serious about taking advice, he'd actually take some advice.
Of course brahmabull has evolved, in that now he wants to take the women who are mildly interested in him and force them into workouts and plastic surgery so they look like "porn stars" to please him. Which is not at all creepy and totally normal.
While I'm not a "bro's before ho's" type of guy it does pain me a touch when I have to admit that more men tend to act piggish more so than women, although I've seen my share of gross piggish women over the years. We have an ex SIL that comes to mind.
Any grown mature man that wants a porn style looking gf has got insecurity issues.
You can be Sam Elliott, or you can be Father Jack Hackett.

I was wondering if anyone knew who Father Jack Hackett was, but they can Google it if they have to I guess.
I was on a flight from Phoenix last week with a small child behind me. He was maybe 3 years old or so. And like many children that age, especially when missing his naptime, he was a little bit demanding and irritable. But kudos to his Mom and Grandma, who were managing him really well so he didn't have a meltdown on the plane.
Anyhow at one point, in his litany of very important small person issues and demands, he starts yelling,
"DRINK! DRINK! DRINK!"
And I about lost it laughing. As would anyone who has seen the BBC show, "Father Ted."
Sam Elliott movie "Avenger" is free on You Tube...It's a good one...
Thanks! Looking for some good movie ideas. I’m taking my daughter and her bf to my favorite place for brunch buffet, so there won’t be much activity after that for me!
If you haven't watched Wine Country on Netflix, that might be a fun one. Directed by Amy Poehler, starring Maya Rudolph, Rachel Dratch, and other SNL alums. Not the best movie ever, but relavent to my interests.
Guys, I am in such a procrastination hole today. I feel like I have senioritis, but I'm not in school. I have a thing that I need to give to my coworker by this afternoon, and this morning I made a to-do list, which I am now staring at/avoiding like a maniac as I listen to podcasts and shop for jean jackets online.

I have it bad too, and now I've been offered reduced work hours equivalent to a day off each week throughout the summer! Ugh! Freedom or money?
