No reason to hide it.

If this was a big deal for someone, I'm pretty sure we wouldn't be that compatible.

It certainly depends on a bunch of factors though.
One of which is how often does this happen. If it's multiple people per day, that might be a red flag.
If it's once in a blue moon and the attractive person is off the charts attractive - then, why would it be a problem?
I'll point out attractive people of both sexes though I'm only attracted to one.
It's no different than pointing out someone who's unusually tall or who looks like a celebrity.

THat is in very poor taste, and completely inconsiderate of the other's feelings. Deliberately trying to provoke jealousy is a red Flag IMHO.

My SIL used to do this. She made a BIG thing about teasing my BIL about how hot other guys were. It was weird. He was a steady, conservative type, and average looking. She was very pretty. But they eventually got married. And she eventually cheated on him and dumped him for another guy.

I think it's okay to be complimentary of others, and possible to do it without being insulting to your SO.
