I think RI are Yankee fans for the most part, so they shouldn't mind being called Yankees. Good luck w/ the move.

To me a Yankee is someone that plays on a major league baseball team in NY that is not a Met... For some reason down here I am often called a Yankee but I have not played basbeall for any major league team.
