I don't have any. I have some personal goals. I don't feel like I can have a resolution that involves someone else, since I have no control over other people.

This. All of it
I have some life changes to make, and finally get on track. This year. After that, i'll be in a slightly better place, and I can then worry about other luxuries.
But relationship resolutions, as said -can't make a resolution on that because it involves interest and cooperation of another person. Unless your resolution is hiring an escort. lol You do have some control over that.
Great idea for a thread! I don't usually make New Years resolutions. I figure why wait? If I want to improve something, start now.
That said I know my boyfriend's resolution is to lose 50 pounds. So I will resolve to help him. He likes to eat out, so I'm going to push more for home cooked meals. He likes to ask, "where do you want to go for dinner?" And I usually tell him some restaurant and we go. I'm going to start saying I rather cook at home (and we go to the store to get ingredients). It will be healthier.
To stick to my resolution to stay ended with a recently ended relationship
