It's important to be realistic about your appearance, because we all are only human, but you don't have to be LIMITED by your appearance, and you can't limit others that way, either.
I think it is more important to be realistic about how likely someone who is far more attractive than you is going to receive you. Now I can go up to a Beyoncé doppelgänger and ask for a date but does anyone really expect her to choose a super large guy over other fit guys who ask?

I mean, I'm already a business owner and building wealth at age 18 and when I do become successful (bringing positive energy to myself lol) I'll have my pick of the litter when it comes to women, but at the same time do I want a woman that doesn't love me for me? How do you guys feel about it?
Buying a puppy?
Learn how to refer to a woman properly, she is not a puppy, farm animal or material bought from a fabric shop.
As far as being out *not outta* of your league, whatever you believe must be true.......

Probably not. That's the thing about dating, though; whether they are attracted to you is the other person's decision to make, not yours.

It doesn't mean you can't or shouldn't assume you're not eligible. You can't make that decision for them by pre-emptively removing yourself from competition.

Once they let you know, though, you (the universal "you," not YOU personally) should respect their choice instead of faulting an entire gender, "the system," etc.

Besides, JayZ is no Denzel.

Be careful of the gold diggers!
They've been scamming people since the begining of time.

The tendency is for people to stay within their own 'league'. I don't advocate for 'leagues', but that is how most people operate. Having said that, there are, of course, many exceptions and a large portion of those look like 'rich guy and hot gal'. That's because the human animal tends toward attractive female and good provider male.

This is changing as we evolve, but that has been our general legacy so far. Again, there are many exceptions.

If by "litter" and "women" you mean hordes of professional gold diggers who know how to remove your spine and empty your bank account 6 months later, then yes, you have that to look forward to.

Oh, I wouldn't say that at all, as a real estate investor! Those are exactly the kinds of properties I'm looking for! I renovate older houses and make them look like new inside. Of course, the only disappointment would come if the owner (or the bank or HUD) refused to accept my offer considering the cost of the renovations and what the property would sell for after renovation.

Don't believe in leagues.

Attraction is subjective.
