One thing that comes to mind for me is girlfriends that have told me that guys like it when you treat them like garbage. What?! I bet if I took a poll and asked my guy friends that question they would all look at me if I had three heads. Why would I be mean to anyone for no reason? Or, at all really?
Another one is to lie about being interested in something a guy likes to bring him closer to you. Or really, any of the crap that they tell you in Cosmo.
If a woman says no, be persistent and pursue her until she says yes.

I've fortunately learned the easy way.
I've never seen this work in my own personal life. This sounds like something that's scripted to take money out of our pockets to watch on the big screen. If she says no, I'm leaving her alone. First and foremost, I should respect her reasoning, even if I don't agree with it. This isn't selling where you can offer a slightly different product and win the perspective customer or business over. She's either in or she's out.
"Women care about personality more than looks."
"Just be yourself."
"Be chivalrous."
"Women are all unique and don't generally respond to the same things."
There are a bunch more, I'm sure.
Except these are generally true. Not every woman responds or likes the same things. And while looks do get you in the door more often than not (I won't lie and they say they don't), it takes more than that afterwards.

At what point does that become harassment? lol
