First off Happy Easter to all.

Quick question. If you just met a girl thru an online dating app, exchanged texts and have been talking back and forth for a few days... do you send her a Happy Easter text (or whatever holiday it may be at the time) or just let that go?

Thoughts?

Absolutely you do mate it's a just a simple but nice gesture.

The best way to look at it is why not?

If you want her to have a Happy Easter...tell her! Pro tip: this is the sort of stuff you don't need to overthink.

Absolutely! What's the worst that could happen? If she texts back that she doesn't celebrate Easter you can just text back Oh sorry, have a happy day anyway.

I agree that it never hurts to let someone you care about know you're thinking of them.

I mean, would YOU mind getting an Easter greeting from her?

Just remember, not everyone observes Easter -- so as long as you know she does, it's cool.

Yeah I know what you mean but even if she doesn't I'm sure she'd take it as the nice gesture it is

For example I've had a few Americans wish me a " Happy thanksgiving " ... As a brit we don't celebrate it but I was touched that they said it and even when they realised I don't celebrate it we had a good laugh about it afterwards
