Um....?? I guess it depends on the nose? Coarse hair? What's wrong with coarse hair? It all depends on the personality that goes with the package, OP.
Example: "Corporal Klinger" in MASH. Huge nose, coarse hair, don't recall the lips. Klinger was cool, seriously cool, and seemed like a fun guy, and a caring individual, too. There you go. A winning package. He might not be everyone's type, but that personality would attract women, don't doubt it.
Are you kidding? You have no positive factors that could possibly override such minor physical "issues"? Physically, how about your eyes? Your smile? Your "physique"? And then there are all the things like personality, intelligence, wit, sense of adventure, kindness, charm?
You have to do what you can with what you have...and in the end, if you can't fix what you consider your shortcomings then ignore them and accentuate the positive. Concentrating on the negative will only hurt your confidence and your attitude.

My smile isn't great either. Not awful but I have small teeth not exactly a huge smile..
And yeah yeah I've heard the empty cliches before that it's about your personality but it's looks that first let's you in the door to show a personality

Women talk about all kinds of things, as an ideal. A dream. But personality is a wild card that can cancel out superficial preferences. Happens all the time. What about the successful guys who go out with babes all the time, but end up complaining about "high maintenance", blah blah. Then some of them wise up, and notice that one of the plain, average women in a company theirs works with is really kind, soft-spoken, and thoughtful, so they give her a whirl, and realize this was what they were looking for all along. It happens.
