You always hear people say they didn't mean it when they said something drunk to somebody. But a lot of times drinking imo makes you say something you just didn't have the guts to say sober.
I'm not talking blackout drunk but a little buzzed or feeling good if you've told someone of the opposite sex you weren't in a relationship with how much you love them and we're flirty etc was it something you just said but didn't mean or were these feelings you always had but were afraid to express sober?

I don't think drinking brings out the truth. Some people spout out lies and incoherent crap when they're drunk.
Alcohol isn't a truth serum, but it can make you say things you otherwise wont say sober.
Just remember, actions speak louder than words.
and it can make you do things you otherwise wouldn't when sober lol

I've never said anything to someone while tipsy that I wouldn't have said while sober. I kinda think it is a "truth serum" if it makes a person say how they really feel.
Some people become more attractive to you when you are drunk. Then you sleep with them and the next morning you wake up and hate yourself for having done what you have done.
So how does that work with your allllohoolll = truth serum theory?

This. Drunk & Angry are similar to me. Don't trust what's said during either.
Sometimes you may say the truth when drunk. Sometimes, you'll spout some crap. Same with anger. Sometimes you'll say what you were too nice to before. Other times, you'll say something just because you know it'll hurt the other person -and you don't mean it.
I think alcohol may expose some aspects of yourself that you manage to keep from public view when sober. I don't think the truth necessarily resides in those places.

Yep.
