There's lots of ways you can make a move on him. Ask HIM if he has a pencil.


Ask him if he wrote notes on a particular part of class.


Tell him you like his Tshirt, and ask him where he got it...


Ask him if he wants to be a study buddy, and meet at the library...


Heck, you KNOW he's into you. All you have to do is let him know you've noticed, and ANYTHING you do in his direction will be an opening, with very little risk to you, of being embarrassed. You just have to do it. :-)
