No dissent with this list. I would add financial knowledge and application to the list. Do they handle their bills in an acceptable fashion?
Also, the most important thing IMO is respect. Nothing kills sexual attraction more IMO than a lack of respect.
I would absolutely agree with these two. Regarding money, a relationship is a partnership in all senses of the word. If one person is being prudent while the other is a spendthrift, the whole thing will fall apart.
And, you're absolutely correct on mutual respect. Not just who your partner is, but in how you treat that person. I know of a couple of marriages where one spouse treats the other like the village idiot. Just not a very healthy way to go through life.
Apart from many qualities already noted, the one I favor the most is to feel completely at ease and safe to be yourself around her/him.
