Friends... first and then discuss. Advertising for a FWB probably won't get the desired results as it looks like you're ( I mean "he") is just looking for a hook up.

Most "women" on Craigslist are either prostitutes, or guys pretending to be women.
As for POF and OkCupid, I had pretty much zero success with them. Dating apps like Bumble, Tinder, Dine, Coffee Meets Bagel, etc. Those are the ones that have worked for me.
POF worked fine for me. That's how my lady found me.
My previous lady found me on Find Someone and before her I found one or two on that same site. Thing is, there are filters. No FWB as such filter but certainly hookup or FB filters. I was approached once for a FB relationship but when I told her I had a live at home son, she dropped me. I think it was that - maybe she found someone else? Who cares.
Maybe specify FB in your requirements or something. Start with a hookup and see if it can become an ongoing arrangement. I've never done that so I can't actually advise.
