An accomplice is just as guilty as the offending party. Act like it. Sounds like you're absolving him of his contribution -because getting off is the be all and end all. Nothing like the rationalizations pf psychopaths, sociopaths, hedonists, and narcissists.
If someone is doing something, and you're helping, you are also responsible. You are also guilty. And you are enabling & condoning the behavior. There's no excuse or 2-ways about it.

The divorce rate is about even with the "stay married" rate. And the divorce rate is high because marriages are made of people who are imperfect. It doesn't take away the significance of marriage. There are about as many people who stay married and do it right on a daily basis.
