My wife and I will be celebrating 20 years of marriage next spring. I'm trying to think of something unique to give her as a gift. On our 10 year anniversary I gave her an anniversary ring with diamonds. I was thinking about giving her another ring for the 20 year but not sure if she'll wear it often since she has the wedding and anniversary ring. She doesn't wear any other type of jewelry except her rings. Any ideas? I want to make this really special.
Party. Throw a casual, catered dinner with a bunch of friends and family. Make sure the music is not too loud and the food is better than cold sandwiches.
This. At the least, a 3- or 4-day weekend getaway to someplace special. A week, if you can swing it. Even a rental cabin in the woods, if it's in a scenic place, with good walking trails, and a lake or river, or something. Or a spa getaway. Whatever.

Just wanted to say congrats... that's very special.
My vote is a special getaway just like already suggested. Make the trip something that reminds you both of a special time you shared long ago.
A fellow photography hobby friend of mine likes to recommend spending cash on "experiences" rather than "things". Meaning he would spend money on a trip and a smartphone rather than no trip and expensive camera. I think that recommendation applies here as well.
Try a special book with pictures of you two from the past 20 years?
I did something like this but on social media. I scanned a bunch of old pics of us throughout our relationship. Birthdays, celebrations, travel, 80s hair, our first apartment etc. I posted them on FB in the weeks leading up to our 20th, one every few days. It was a fun walk down memory lane shared with my friends and family.
We just had our 20th also and took a trip to Europe. It can be as expensive or inexpensive as you want it to be or even take a nice 3 or 4 day trip if you can someplace local. It will be a nice anniversary gift for both of you. If you're going to spend a few thousand on a ring, I'd go for the trip instead
