What do most men look for when looking for a girlfriend? (dating, women)

Most guys I know who are dating are looking for girls under 25, super fit/active, college educated with a good career (on track to make around 6 figures), no kids. Obviously the girl needs to have a decent personality as well.

Late 20s male: prefer age 24-34, prefer thick up to obese women, good job enough to support herself, at least a HS diploma, strongly prefer child free women (as in don’t want any) but will make allowances on a case by case basis

That may be your requirements, but besides the felon, I would say most isn't relevant for most others. Best example: Kardashians.
