Just adding to the chorus of folks telling you that you treated her like crap and she moved on. I say good for her and I don't blame her at all.

Of course not. I'm the big bad wolf and she's a unicorn. It's all my fault and it's not like I care or anything. This post totally helps.

Why would she believe you will treat her any differently if you gave her a second chance? You showed her with your actions exactly how little she meant to you. Suddenly you're reformed? I don't think so.

OP, go talk to your dad about this and see what he says.

People make mistakes. People grow and learn things. This old cliche of not knowing what you have til its gone applies. I think it's pretty obvious from my posts I am actually hurt and have came to terms with how I've ****** up.

Then take that, learn from it, and get on with your life. You can't convince someone who was burned by you to stick her hand back in that fire.

Lyrics from a song too old for most of you...

" Too much, too little, too late to lie again with you
Too much, too little, too late to try again with you
Ah, it's over.... It's over"
