First off, how do you see messages if you blocked him? I've never known of any texting apps that showed messages of blocked people. The messages go into an abyss.

Second, if he's a cop he'll have no problem finding your new phone number if he wants.

Third, most cops don't give a crap about pot.

I like cops. And military. I don't particularly like being around people who smoke pot. I usually find them to be paranoid...and not fully capable of effectively handling difficult situations when they arise. So they rely on pot, and change their number for no reason worth the the hassle it creates, instead of learning.
