I have a relative who is 39 years old , good job, good salary, average looking but sweet , shy, likes sports and travel, he has never had a real relationship, sometimes hanging out with girls having a drink , we thought he had dated, but no, only drinks or the most is kiss, he never had a real sex.....
so now he is addicted to watching sex online, or talking to elder women about sex , actually he is focusing to find a woman much older than him now.

Volunteer! There are tons of volunteer opportunities, and there is a good chance he will meet compatible ladies at an event like this. Volunteering is good in and of itself and it is a great way to meet people.

I dont know how to help, I m female sister , I don't understand such situation, plus he is not living in same city .
he is introvert, he is volunteering to multiple women now but still don't do sex with them for real, he wants a good woman, he is not stupid he is educated , but .....good women nowadays run from virgins.

Maybe a much older woman is the right relationship for him? It's no different from having a homosexual/heterosexual orientation. Do what ever pleases you; just don't hurt yourself or someone else in the process.
