I'm ok with it. That doesn't mean that I like it. I'm all about demonstrating higher value sooner than later so that she'll realize that she needs me and I'm the best option for her.

I wouldn't. I think I can admit to being picky and using what others may see as lame excuses for not seeing someone again, but I can only concentrate on one at a time. If he makes it known he's seeing other women, well...eh.. ok bye.

People did this all the time in the 50s, 60s and so on...
I was JUST about to post this. I did this in college in the 80s (campus dudes and hometown dudes never meet). My mom did it too, in the 50s. She was actually juggling 2 marriage proposals when she was a senior in college.
But in all these cases, the guys knew about each other, or at the least, had not had the "exclusive" conversation. At age 20, no one wanted to get on the path to the altar, which is what committed relationships meant.
Nothing has changed. Just give it some time and by the time everyone's approaching 30, you'll see them settling down.

With the advent of popular dating sites/apps like Tinder, women dating 3 guys at once is the norm. Maybe I'm a prude but I have a problem with this. Guys are rendered disposable. I've heard conversations where women talk about quickly swiping left and how dating sites/apps are pointless to them. I think dating sites/apps are just a tool for women to catch a big fish. If you aren't a big fish you are tossed back into the water. Thus, the modern dating scene is largely diluted.
I've never dated 3 women at once so I wouldn't be interested in a woman doing so. I think it could be a challenge nowadays to still find young wholesome women.
This is an outrageous conclusion to draw. And btw, there are young women who don't use those apps. Unbelievable, but true. I know several.
