Do you have proof of all this or are you just making assumptions? Claiming you caught her red handed but not saying what it was you caught calls that into question.

Get rid of her and move on. At the very least, she's guilty of lying to you, and dishonesty IS cheating, wether she's actually fooling around with the guy or not. And deleting texts is yet another HUGE red flag. Do not walk away from this relationship - run.

Yes, it looks bad.

BUT are you a crazy BF who would have been mad if she told you the truth on everything?

I've been drinking with male co-workers, and no hanky panky, and never lied about it.

It wouldn't happen to me because she would know that it would be ok with me (as long as she told me up front) to be at the bar a couple hours getting drunk and getting a ride home from even a male coworker. There would be no reason for her to hide it. She would also know that if anything more is intended she would bring it up with me first... handle it as a couple.

It would be the act of hiding/covering it that would not be ok with me.

Obviously something that YOU will probably not do...but you should..which is to end the relationship. What else could you do???When someone breaks your trust...it should be OVER because you will always be wondering in the back of your mind if they will do it again.

Because that would be the case in a high percentage of cases, sometimes it is same sex.

Because OP seems to be seething over the presence of a male coworker.
