Strictly for the millennials out there! Do you find yourself having the necessity to follow your exes? I follow my exes and they follow me. So, is this considered normal or just being nosy? On a regular basis, not many actually care for their past relationships nor be intrigued with what they do in their life. Personally, I never came off with the "f*ck my ex" attitude. I always left off on good terms. Now I'm in a 5 year relationship. I still follow them, but it seems I still have their interest, deep down. Basing this off of some pictures I post on social media that they 'like'. They still don't have relationships yet since I've dated either of them.

What is your take on this?

My take for such an odd question is... are you are a baby boomer?

You could be spending your precise time and thoughts on other things than the past.

I'm friends and friendly with many of my exes and follow many on social media.

It can be funny to see who they wound up with.

To keep up with exes? Spy on them and see who are they dating now, or not, and how are they doing personally and professionally?
Frankly - I don't care. They are exes for a reason. Out of mind. Closed chapter.

Those who were important in my life are still my friends, and I know how they are doing. Don't need social media to get updated with their life -
I am not involved with social media.
Those who live near me, I see/talk with periodically. With those far away, I keep contact per phone or email.

Those reasons don't always mean I never want to see them again or have them out of mind.

Cool story.
You use email and a phone
Other people use social media (probably on their phone)
So, the same thing.
