If the OP is worried and questioning his manhood because his girlfriend implied she could beat him up, I think he should be questioning his manhood that he's so worried and shaken by this at all.
There's another way to look at this relationship. He agrees with her tough attitude. But then when there are strange noises at night, she is the one who gets out of bed to "check it out". She can then take out the trash and do all the other tough jobs around the house.
Lol. Tell her to start laying punches on your midsection. Brush it off like it's nothing and her ego will deflate, but she will also think you're a beast.
However, in order for this to work, your abs have to feel like a brick wall.
I think you should have that tumble...can't figure at all why you'd be pissed.
Personally I'd be looking forward to it...would be fun.
Be careful though....seems to me that YOU might be the one whose humbled....maybe that's got something to do with your being pissed....can't understand why though....unless you're one of those guys that like their women weak and docile.
Yea, being pissed about this seems odd to me as well. Especially with someone you're in a relationship with. It's certainly not something I would spend any time sweating over. But like you said, it could be kinda fun. Seems to me if someone is actually spending energy stressing over such an ....issue.. there's sorta a complex going on.
Personally I wouldn't spend any time worrying about it.
Yes. She knows darn well that men are physically stronger. All women do, unless they are on some drug or drunk. We have some guys here getting all huffy and trying to be intimidating and doing the “show her who’s boss” bit. Very unattractive and even more immature than the girl and the OP.
Her comment about the other boyfriends was provocative and uncalled for, but could still be true. Physical strength isn't the be-all end-all. Being raised by a marine in a house full of boys made me pretty capable of holding my own against a lot of guys, not that I went around trying to prove it.

Or she could kick his ass by calling cops and playing the damsel... The cops take the guy away most of the time
Physical strength isn't needed these days
