I try not to internalize rejection so much and take it personally but after every rejection I feel like somethings wrong with me and I’m not good enough.

How do you shake that feeling?

Have you tried thinking back to times that you were wanted? To remind yourself that you're want-able?

How often are you experiencing this? Are you still moping because your female friend didn't want a sexual relationship with you?

You ignore feelings in the first place, never act on them and ultimately train yourself not to develop them at all.

I don't know how I does it, I jus' does it. Saves a lot of pain and sleepless nights.
