Guys: what makes a woman sexy (girlfriend, single, calling, friend)

What makes a woman sexy that has nothing to do with sex or her looks? Question for the guys.
I'll try to answer this best that I can, but I have to add that if I dont find the woman to be PHYSICALLY attractive, there really isnt anything she can have or do to make me all of a sudden think of her as "sexy". That is kinda like asking "What can you add into spoiled milk to make it taste great?".
Some qualities that a woman could have that I find sexy that are not part of her looks are:
1. Energetic. I find it sexy when a woman has an energetic walk. Its not so much as just moving fast, its more of an energetic movement about her.
2. Non-religious, spirituality. This is usually found in your yoga/meditation types. Someone who can see the beauty and is in awe by nature and all things in the universe. Someone who has a consciousness of spirit and love. Almost hippie like. Lot of women today like this refer to themselves as "healers" or "empaths". Hard to describe, but I think most people know the type.
3. Presence/eye contact. This is another that is a bit nebulous and hard to describe. But its crazy sexy when a woman is like 100% "there" with you in whatever conversation you having. Making eye contact, and is like she just blocked off all other things in the world/universe while talking. Shes like totally "there" in the "then and now".
Flow of conversation-If we can talk and talk and talk, it's very attractive to me. Shows we have a lot of common and have many things we can discuss and do together
Sense of humor-if she can make me laugh, good chance I am putty in her hands
Support-Being there for me, checking in on me, making sure I am ok. I am usually the one doing this, so for a woman to do this for me means a lot.
You’d fare better jumping out naked with a box of Capri sun and a couple of microwave burritos.
