For what it's worth, I know tons of guys, who are fat, ugly, etc. who fool around on their wives, and with women not as pretty, so if you are hoping unattractive gets you fidelity, you are out of luck.

Yep, women hit on my husband, men hit on me. Guess what? We are happy for the spouse when it happens, it makes you feel good.

Try things out and see if you connect. Don't be quick to judge just on the exterior. Tables turned on me when I got involved with a rockstar. He wasn't a very nice, trustworthy guy and the multitudes of women were certainly NOT worth it. I'm not normally a jealous person, but who he was brought out some ugly feelings. However, I MUST have chemistry in a relationship and that doesn't always mean an aesthetic appeal. Could be an endearing personality trait that makes them attractive.
