In real life, my initials are “VW” and a guy I used to work with called me “Farfegnugen” (or however it’s spelled”).

Um he is factually correct, you should listen to his advice and yield completely. In fact your naming rights are hereby revoked.

What are your boyfriend's suggestions?

Your taste in names is pretty "untraditional."

I wouldn't sign-off on those names, either - in fact, if you succeeded in naming the baby either of those names, I would call her something else and would hope it would stick.

Naming babies names that plastic unicorn figurines come with is ill-advised. And it's not a "different" thing to do. Lots and lots of people have terrible judgment in choosing names. You'd just be joining their ranks.

Lol what a troll, haven't replied since the first page....

anyway the question is what you do?
You listen to what you've suggested, and then to his response, and realize he's saving your daughter from a world of hurt.

You're joking right? Your "boyfriend" has more sense than you do apparently. Why would you saddle a child with a stripper name? The threads on here have gotten so stupid and bizarre I'm about ready to give up on City Data.
