Is there no way to avoid fights in married life, because I have been troubled by these daily fights, those fights are also affecting my mind, which I think is not suitable for married life. Please suggest to me. What should do to avoid daily conflicts?

To avoid daily fights in a marriage, don’t marry someone you have daily fights with.

It's a bit crass, but it exquisitely illustrates the point. To keep a relationship happy, heed the following advice:

Ladies: Keep his stomach full and his nuts empty.
Guys: Always, always....say "yes dear", no questions asked. I once overheard an old man say to a younger man: "Hey you wanna be right or you wanna be happy?"

Stop arguing. It takes two to tango. Ignore the insults, take a deep breath & leave the room.

Marry someone with similar values. I fought all the time with my Ex- he was a spendthrift and abused alcohol; I was a saver.

Second DH (he died in 2016 after nearly 20 years together) and I never had a fight. Really. We were both mellow people, neither had to "win", and when we had differing points of view we recognized that the truth might be somewhere in the middle. What was really important was that we had very similar ideas of where to save and where to splurge.

My parents were married for 56 years and they only had one fight, but that fight lasted 55 years.

Say something sensible like “We’re not going to fight.” Then step back and let things cool down.

Why don’t you tell us why you fight?

Go get the book - Five Love Languages. Read it, and then have your husband read it.

Life is too short to live like that.
