So lets start with saying i have been seeing for the past 10 month my co-worker who is 17 years younger than me...we have fantastic memories of several trips we took together me and him alone and he says he loves me...he is 22 and i am 39....we are not official and i see him hanging out with women at work...he wants us to stay private at work and not talking at work...i dont know how to feell about it and couple of his female friends his age give me dirty looks and yes probably crush on him...is there any hope for us ?

He still lives at home - what do HIS parents think of you? Are they happy? Approved this "relationship"?
Do YOU have any family? What do they think about your toy-boy?
What are his plans? Marriage? Family? Kids?
What is your background? Ever married? kids?

The question is... how much longer? Till he gets tired of all the secrecy? Till he meets a girl his age, falls in love and they get married and have kids? Are you sure he isn't already seeing other girls?

C'mon now... he KNEW you were older than him. Most "almost 40" year old people do not look like they're 20-22. Now, he might not have cared about the age gap, but he definitely knew there was one... and a significant one at that.

That's not entirely true, because based on your earlier post, one of his mom's friends made a derogatory comment about you two together, and THAT'S when you decided to make it "private". So it's certainly not ALL family and friends as you've been trying to imply in this thread.
