If you requested he stop emailing you....20 or 30 emails a day is harassment & you could have reported that long before ignoring it for 3 months. They can find out who is sending them & put an immediate stop to it.....when all the threats are written. I've had to do it a couple of times....because of a vlog I have & other online harassment. No one is annonymous when it comes to harassment........
I knew who was sending them, he was using his real name. I kept thinking he would stop. Even now I keep thinking he will stop, be he hasnt. I dont like to waste authorities time on frivolous stuff so I waited until I knew it was something I couldnt handle on my own.

You never know tho....if he was emailing you for 3 months without you answering him....that's soemone who is obsessive & you don't know what it will take for them to snap. IMO it's better to report it right away....even if nothing is done about it immediately, it's on police record...so if & when something happens.....1st place they will turn. I feel safer that way.....cause stuff like that can get out of hand overnight. BUT...you are lucky he was arrested now....

Good idea. I keep very aware of my surroundings at all times, dont go anywhere after dark, etc. I dont carry any protection though, maybe Ill look into it. Idk if jail will make him quit or what will happen now.
I called the prosecutor. He pled not guilty and he is not in custody now. Next hearing he will get a plea bargain offer.
If this is his first offense it will probably be a slap on the wrist. I wouldn't count on him serving any time at this point. Have you seen him since he was arrested? How long ago was that?

I dont know exactly when he was arrested. Within the past month? Nobody has updated me.
He is actually a convicted felon (drugs). Has several things on his record.
