Walk up to her if she is by herself and try to find something to talk about maybe start out with a simple greeting then take it from there.

If there is a spark then ask her out.

Probably you shouldn't ask this girl if you think your observing her has been too obvious but from now on I say go with what you feel. Realistically, your chances are slim to none but you never know and you get to overcome your shyness...a little. I was a total loser when it came to talking to or approaching girls but a fantastic woman who wasn't afraid to take a chance has been mostly happy with me for almost 40 years so you never know. Just give her your phone number and leave it at that. Even if she throws it away, at least you got up your guts and asked.
Look at it this way, if you are brave enough to ask someone even if they are working, well, if she likes you her working won't make any difference but if she is like many here who don't want to be bothered at work, well fine nothing ventured nothing gained. If you wait for the perfect time to find the perfect woman you probably won't.
