If she has been in a relationship for 3 years its probably a pretty strong relationship. Even if its a bad relationship if it ended now she would need at least a year or 2 to get her head straight and be ready to date again.

People can be committed and still have passing crushes on people they meet. But most dont act on those feelings, and even if they want to, people with morals respect the fact that that person is in a relationship.

She might have been attracted to you and flirted a bit but that is probably as far as it should go.
