Lol, thanks man. Your props are appreciated by me and I appreciate it. I've been rooting for you for a long long time and while we aren't always on the same page I've been hoping good things for you. You were good to me when my dad died and I don't forget that kind of stuff. You be you and rock on.

If I was dating someone and they looked down on me for being in an apartment over a house that'd be a red flag for me personally. I'd end the relationship.

women are in no position to determine where a man should live and whether or not he has a apt or house

That sounds nuts

I've always dated men who were in a similar situation to me. When I rented, i dated more renters, as a homeowner I dated more homeowners. I think that is more a factor of age.

If I were dating now and a guy rented? There would need to be extenuating circumstances, and I would still want someone in a similar financial situation as I am.

Why not, a woman can't have a preference. If a guy is broke as a joke and lives in a dump why should a woman bother?

And a man can have a preference too which is my point. I know how hard it is out here so I don't have any requirements on a woman's living situation.

A man can have a preference too, no problem with that.

House or apt shouldn't matter. The bad area would be the concern for me. If there's been break-ins, shootings, etc., then no I wouldn't want to visit hardly...maybe just in the daylight hours every once in a while. I'd hope he's strongly looking to move soon!

The bad area yes but whether it's an apt or house should not matter
