Do women prefer a guy to live in a house or apartment? Would it be turn off if a guy owns a nice house but in a bad area? Would women be scared to come over to visit?
You betcha, those broads are a bunch of social ladder climbing back biting hens..
Not quite. I'm female and I had quite a few men in my 20s who didn't like the apartment complex I lived in, bad neighborhood/low rent. IMo, they were social ladder climbing too.
I'm glad the ones I dated, plus my ex and my present wife, didn't care. They weren't dating or marrying the residence, just the person who lived there. Women like you're talking about are the kind I didn't want to be around.

Why are you giving women all of this power over your living situation? I see plenty of men with nothing and living with her.

Why do you ask?
You should be living in an area or buying a place that makes YOU happy and fits your budget. Date people whom you see eye to eye with.

Women, can't live wit them, can't live witout them.
Can you please use emojis so people do not think you are serious?

I don’t expect a guy to live in a better apartment, house, or area than I do. It doesn’t matter. As an “older adult” it shouldn’t be too much to expect that he lives without roommates or reasons why I can’t go there.
Not an issue for me. As long as he keeps it clean. Lol
