I only know where he lives I tried and he’s the type of person if ur knocking on his door he’ll pretend he can’t hear u
No, he isn't right, and who cares what he thinks anyway. You might think that he is a thief. So, what.
Maybe you need to take thermos and a sandwich and wait for him in a parking lot in front of his house/apartment.
If he knows your car, get a car from a friend or wait around the corner.
If you want your money back you probably need to put a little effort to get it back.
BTW: stop being nice and lend people money... Most don't want to pay back.
Most transfers are initiated with passwords in the notifications/emails. If he didn't even initiate it (there was no notification sent to you) then you lose. There is no money at all, no email was sent to you as notification, there was no password. Kiss that money goodbye too. It's a bad idea expecting for money back with the trust is this eroded.
You don't have a civil relationship or friendship with each other so it's best not to have unrealistic expectations about this. Move on.
Ex bf think I'm stalking him when I'm asking for the answer to the security question he sent via email transfer he owes me money
He refers to me has a stalker
The bigger question is do you think he is right? I have had ex-girlfriends "keep finding things" of mine I left over at her house. But the stuff I had left over wasn't valuable and I didn't care about it, but she was using this stuff as a pretext to call me or to drop by my place unannounced so she could have a reason to talk to me with the intention of trying to rekindle the romance. The thing I am curious is whether you are contacting because you actually really want the money or because you want to get back together with him.
If you want the money back, then its time for small claims court. If you want him back, well that calls for a different approach.
