I'm a black man and was thinking of dating however it seems that it's really hard to date interacially. I live in Ireland and for all the black people who live here, you seldom see interracial couples. Most I see are actually black women/white men (which I know is the complete reverse in the U.S. black men/white women couples).
I've never been to Ireland, but a quick Google search indicates the black population is extremely low. How excepting of minorities are the Irish people? Do they enjoy learning about other cultures? Keep in mind these are general questions.

I think most Irish people have a "don't give a ****" attitude. Not in a rude way but most are not going to be out of their way to be racist to you. If anything, the racism here is subtle when it occurs.
But as I said, I've seldom seen black men dating white women here.
