I guess I agree, we did talk on monday and she asked how my weekend was so I guess thinking she is lying is a bit of an overreaction.

All my contacts were every 3 days. Friday, Monday, and Tonight so Its not a situation where she would feel like she is being harassed. I was planning to ask her out this evening but sent a text first so I will just contact her next week. Or is this a "creative brush off?"

The only reason I can't figure it out because she responded to every text instantly. She also hasnt unmatched me from Bumble yet.
Yes, it's possible to get sick even 1 day after a date. Don't take it personal. Even if it is a brush off you've only had one date. You might want to practice taking people for their word until they prove otherwise.

Tell her to text you when she is feeling better if she wants to get together. Tell her you don't want to make a nuisance of yourself. And yes, people get sick.
