well... I jsut made another thread on why I stopped small-talking in those chats, but if I was, I'd give her another shot, try an open ended question like
"Psychology is an interesting field, what made you take the step and become a professional within it?"
If she just says "No" to that one, then yes, unmatch. Because on the flip side, she could sit on the other side after writing "no" to the first question and be like "oh damnit now it's like I'm closing the conversation but I dont wanna give 2 msgs in a row <over-think><over-think>
So just give another bridge from which to start the conversation and if she doesn't bite, she's not into you.
That said this is usually a waste of time, if a chat goes longer than 3-5 messages from each person and there is not a date being set up, it usually either means she just wants to be entertained in text form or she's not serious about dating (you or otherwise)
Ask questions that are open ended. Like- what do you like to do in your free time? Maybe she finds your questions boring? But really, she doesn't seem interested.
Before you unmatch, ask if she is interesting in hooking up with a one night stand. Maybe you will get the one word answer you are looking for, haha.
You wonder if you should unmatch with someone you can't communicate and don't enjoy communicating with? What would be the alternative? To keep on being annoyed? Are you just looking for one-night stands, and that's why it might not matter if she sucks at communicating?
If you want more than one word answers then ask open ended questions. "Did you always live in my state..." can only be answered with a yes or no. Don't assume your match is going to automatically volunteer more info.
