Are you saying when you chat tomorrow you are going to ask her about getting together early on Friday?
As for my experience, I don't remember a holiday or holiday weekend ever getting in the way of meeting someone new or getting together with them for the first time.
You've had one conversation. Have some more conversations this week, get to know each other some more before asking to meet already. Holiday weekend or not.
I keep forgetting I am off on Friday so I may mention Thursday evening.
I would not waste time. I found that most women have already made their plans for holiday weekends within one week of the holiday.
That's what I always figured too lol That's why sometimes if a major holiday is approaching I will just wait until after like Thanksgiving weekend or Christmas if it falls on a friday

July 4th isn't going to be a major holiday like it can be in non-pandemic years, though, with large gatherings etc.
Just proceed with her as you would anyone else at any other time, and let go of the mental gymnastics.
My whole point is not so much that it is a holiday weekend, but how many phone/video chats have you had before you suggest meeting in person.
She brought up meeting when we chatted on friday afternoon and sent a text tonight but didnt talk. So I will just send a text tomorrow suggesting meeting one day this week
