LOL...no i've never had a girl scream her own name.
When i say "built like a Woman" i mean that she should have a figure. All the things you mentioned is great. If a girl is straight up and down with no hips or shape, that can be a turn off. A big woman with great legs and butt can be very sexy too. Big or small breasts aren't important but they should be part of the whole person not the only thing they have.
One of the sexiest parts of a woman is her face. Being pretty can look very sterile. A woman should have seductive eyes and seductive mouth.

I don't know what it means when someone says "built like a woman," because to me that means a petite girl with a very slender body, small wrists, small hands, sexy legs, nice firm breasts, and a gorgeous face. But to some other guys that somehow means "built like a cow," so it gets me all confused.
There are many different types of females I would consider "built like a woman."
On one extreme, there is Jessica Biel.
On the other extreme, soft, curvy women like Vida Guerra, Nadine Jansen, or Toccara Jones, OR strong babes such as any tall soccer, volleyball or basketball player, track athlete or rower with broad shoulders and hips, thick but toned waist, and huge, powerful thighs and sculpted calves are all "built like women."
Thank god we don't all have the same taste or they'd be a lot of men and women 40 year old virgins about.
It really is down to your own personal desires.
It's funny but sometimes I sit down and watch those weight reduction informertials and I find that some of the women looked sexier in the before picture rather than the after one.
Prime example was a woman named Meredith Brown who was the star of the first "Body For Life" Challenges. She was a mom who was very soft and curvy, with naturally large breasts. She worked out and lost a bunch of weight and looked (athletically) good, but I liked the old version as well!
