I feel terrible coz I totally lost track of the fact that her mom's been hospitalized. And I did that to her when she already was having a stressful day. I should have simply gone to bed telling we can deal with it in the am. I'll apologize. As many times as needed
I'm the same as you. When I am tired, the stuff that comes out of my mouth can be terrible. After 4+ years though, my bf knows well enough just to let me go to bed.
Grovel, grovel and grovel some more. And remember, next time, it's okay to go to be angry if you know that you'll be better able to deal with things in the morning.
