Reminds me of when I went on a study abroad program. They had this director and he looked like this guy

and he reminded me of Buffalo Bill from silence of the lambs

During our outings he would always wander up to children. We all wondered why he moved to Japan and came to the conclusion it was because they are more trusting of people and not as cautious when it comes to the kids.

Yes, those are the creepy types I am talking about. Seriously at a couple of colleges I went to there were professors that gave me the creeps like that guy...
